OpenSkills

I'm working for OpenSkills at the moment.  The company is like a regular consultancy shop, but aims to open source as much of the custom code as possible - without giving away client secrets.

Clients save in the long run because the open sourced parts of their systems are improved as part of other projects, and are supported by everyone who uses them.

Developers like the  OpenSkills model because they don't end up solving the same problem over and over again.
